To my best knowledge, all the UK Cappos are from a single year's production, though they were sold here over a period of about 3 years.
If this is correct, then the chassis number will tell you nothing more than the vehicle's time of manufacture relative to other UK Cappos. It is entirely possible that, with many dealers holding stock, sales to the public were no better than random within range of chassis numbers.
A far better assessment of a Cappo's "age" would come from a complete service history, indicating when the car was first sold.
