The SCORE website is being moved to a new datacentre with more capacity and more backup/redundancy in place. Both the old and the new server will run in parallel until the domain names have fully propogated. For the static parts of the site this will make no difference to you but the message board has to be switched off on the old server to avoid getting out of sync. If you are seeing this message it means that your ISP has not yet updated their nameserver information and you are seeing the site on the old server. Once you can see the message board working again it means your ISP has updated the nameserver information and you are seeing the site on the new server. In the meantime you can also access the site on the new server where the Message Board is working by using this temporary IP address - http://66.246.27.8/phpbb2/index.php
Don't worry if that means nothng to you. Most ISP's will update their nameserver information fairly quickly which means most of you won't even have noticed the message. It's just here to keep a record of the date and the gobbledegook is for anyone that's interested.
