If you compare the EA11R to the EA21R Parts Manuals, they use the same part nos. but in one case the motor is shown separate to the elevating mechanism, and in the other it is combined. I suspect a confusion has arisen, and to correct it, the separate motor was renumbered to 83430-80F00.
EDIT: I have just looked up 83430-80F00 on Amayama and Impex, and they do not recognise the number, so it may be an error. 83402 is available from both, but at over 500 USD, it would be worth seeing if the motor can be opened and reconditioned. The motor may need the brushes dressed or replaced. Otoh, it may only need the rack and pinion cleaned and lubricated, so try that first.
